Electrode Tip Automatic Dressers

Complete automation of electrode tip dressing is possible. It is effective at power saving and labor saving in the welding line, moreover contributing to improvement of welding quality.
Built-in air blow allows smooth discharge of cut powder, cooling effect and improvement of cutter lifecycle.
It is applicable to various kinds of tips such as off-center tips and diagonal tips.
Air motor is employed and smooth dressing surface is achieved in a short time by it’s high RPM and high torque compared with an electric motor.
